Stitching Impasse
I haven’t done much stitching over the weekend as we had to go home to my hubby’s hometown to visit the folks and spend quality time with our Canadian niece and nephew. I had lots of fun and saying goodbye was hard, but we shall be going back in a forthnight so I’m not too homesick. =)

Post Office Dilemma
It’s been six weeks since my World of Cross Stitching magazine order has been shipped and up until today I haven’t received it in the mail. I’m not sure whether the heavy rains had something to do with its delay or what, but I’m getting pissed. Sigh. What to do now? Cross Stitch Materials Needed
I wonder where I can get a hold of several cross stitch materials I need for my Stitch-A-Storm Holiday 2011 challenge. Yeah, you got it. Another challenge for me.

I was able to visit a DMC store yesterday and get the threads I need for one of my July projects. I so love the colors! They’re all so vibrant and without seeing the finished project yet, I can already say that it will look as yummy as the real ones. Hehe.

Done with Cataloging!
Alas! I finished cataloging all the threads I have lying around our room. I was amazed at how many I already have in my possession, so far. And true to what I predicted I have skeins of the same thread codes duplicating each other. Tsk tsk. Talk about waste of money. Anyway, I am sure that on my next project I won’t have a problem taking stock of the materials I would be needing...

Stitching Projects: July 2011
Here’s my list of projects for this month of July. I’m only starting with three to make it more practical for me as I only have a couple of hours free every week to focus on stitching. Getting back to my Stitching
The past weekend have been pure chaos for me. A lot of errands have to be accomplished that I neglected stitching. So for today I’m going back to my WIPs (either one of the two) and try to put in a couple of hours. Besides, I need the solitude of stitching whilst thinking thoughts for the future.
